Building a Product

System for Ozak

Defence

Background

Ozak product catalogue interface

Ozak offers advanced technology products across Defence, Industrial and Thermal & OEM markets. They needed a professional website that could present a technical product range clearly, along with an easy way for their own team to keep product information, articles and videos current. Their creative partner, Studio Cherian, provided the design direction, and Starstack was brought in to turn it into a fast, responsive website backed by a content management system the Ozak team could run on their own.

Challenges

Presenting technical products clearly

Presenting Technical Products Clearly

Ozak's products come with detailed specifications, key features and imagery across very different categories: Defence & Security Systems, Industrial & Commercial Systems, and Thermal Core & OEM Modules. The website had to make this easy to browse without overwhelming visitors.

Managing diverse content types

Managing Diverse Content Types

Product images, specifications, key features, blogs and videos each needed their own structure, and all of it had to stay consistent and easy to update as the business grew.

Dependency on developers for updates

Dependency on Developers for Updates

Product details, blogs and videos change over time. Without a content management system, every update would need developer involvement and cause delays in getting new information live.

Capturing and handling datasheet requests

Capturing and Handling Datasheet Requests

Datasheets needed to be shared in a controlled way, so that Ozak could follow up with interested prospects rather than letting files be downloaded anonymously.

Solutions

Product catalogue CMS with Strapi

Product Catalogue CMS with Strapi

Set up Strapi CMS as the content backbone. Each product page carries its images, specifications, key features and related details, all managed through the CMS and rendered dynamically on the website.

Separate admin panel dashboard

Separate Admin Panel Dashboard

Delivered a dedicated Content Management admin panel to Ozak, giving their team control over product catalogues and the Insights section (blogs and videos).

Datasheet request workflow

Datasheet Request Workflow

Every product page includes a datasheet download option that leads to a request form for that specific product. When a visitor submits it, the Ozak team is notified by email, contacts the lead directly and sends the relevant datasheet.

Value Created

Value created

Real-Time, Independent Content Control

The Ozak team can add and update products, specifications, key features, blogs and videos on the Insights page on their own, without waiting on developers. Every change appears live in real time.

Value created

Consistent Product Presentation

Because every product is managed through the same structured CMS fields, images and specifications appear uniformly across the site, giving the whole range a credible, professional look for technical buyers.

Value created

Lead Generation Built In

Datasheet requests reach the Ozak team by email with the product and contact details, so every request becomes a sales conversation. Interested visitors are captured at the moment of intent, so each request becomes a ready-made sales conversation.

Value created

Scalable Catalogue Structure

The category and product structure makes it easy to add new products as Ozak's range grows. As the range expands, each new product fits into its category with the same look and layout, so buyers always find the catalogue clear and consistent.
